As a “holiday school”, we are bound to the measures applicable to schools. As long as the schools in France (Provence) remain open, our camps can and will take place.

The exceptional sanitary situation in the world forces us to adapt our cancellation conditions and our courses.
We are unfortunately unable to anticipate the health recommendations and measures in place between countries during the camps, however we can assure you that we will apply all French health recommendations in effect at the time of the camps. All students participating in the camp will be required to follow French law on this subject as well.

We strongly encourage our students to be tested before their departure and/or to be vaccinated, (which is not mandatory at this time).

If our camps were to be cancelled due to the health situation (or for any other reason), rest assured that all monies paid will be refunded in full, or you can receive a credit note for a future camp.

If travel between your country/region and France was prohibited or impacted by the health situation, (cancelled flights, mandatory quarantine upon arrival…), the same conditions apply.

If your child was to be tested positive before leaving for camp, refund would be possible with a medical certificate.

For any other information concerning the cancellation conditions, please read our general sales conditions.

If you wish to know the health recommendations applied during your child’s camp, please contact us less than two weeks before the beginning of the camp session.
