Dear Parents,

We would like to give you some final recommendations to prepare your children for their arrival. For some of them, this will be their very first Summer Camp experience, so we want to make sure that everything is perfectly organized to make their experience as pleasant as possible.

In order to have the most relevant information possible, please refer to the paragraph corresponding to your child’s type of pension.

DAY STUDENTS

MORNING STUDENTS

BOARDERS

1/ We ask that boarders arrive on campus on Sundays between 4:00 and 5:30 pm.
Upon arrival, students will meet their supervisors. The meal will be served at 6:00 pm. Once finished, students and supervisors will be dropped off at their respective dorms, where they can settle in and get to know their roommates. If your children have cell phones, please note that they are taken at bedtime (9:30 pm or 10:00 pm depending on age) so that the students can rest in the best conditions. (They are returned the next morning, and taken back at class time)

2/ If your child needs to be picked up and/or dropped off at the TGV station / Airport, please make sure you have filled out the transportation form AT LEAST 2 weeks before arrival (transportation can be friday between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm and sunday 4:00pm and 6:00pm).

3/ The safety of your children being our priority, we thank you to indicate us, by e-mail, any new medical condition / allergy / treatment / specific diet that you have not already transmitted in the registration form (thank you to attach the prescriptions in case of current treatment, or the medical protocols for allergies & asthma).

If you have declared a food allergy for your child when filling out their registration form, please note that all meals are prepared on site in our kitchen. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absence of traces or cross-contamination of any food.
If your child has a serious allergy and reacts to the smallest traces, we advise you to prepare medication (and/or epipen) to avoid any risk. Please make him/her aware of the importance of keeping these medications with him/her at all times.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us to have more information.

4/ In order to ensure that they have all the necessary conditions to progress in class, don’t forget to provide them with a notebook and a pencil case. The French test (or English as a foreign language if your child is coming to learn English) can be taken up to two weeks before the beginning of the course. After that, the groups will already be formed and your child’s level will be evaluated the first few days.

5/ In order not to forget anything when you pack your child’s suitcase, you can take inspiration from our Trousseau. Please note that we provide sheets but not towels. Pocket money is not necessary, but if you wish to leave some for your child, it is possible to leave it with us upon arrival. If your child has a tennis racket and would like to use it during the course, he/she can bring it. Students will have access to the locker rooms to change after morning classes if needed. It is also possible to come directly to class in sportswear.

Our dry cleaner picks up the students’ dirty laundry on Monday and brings it back on Friday. It is therefore only useful for students staying more than 2 weeks, and will not be automatically offered to other students.
For Football Camp students, please bring a pair of cleats and shin guards. The rest of the clothing will be provided by the ZE Football Academy on Monday morning before the first practice. (the uniform will be washed every day)
For Tennis Camp students, please bring enough sportswear for one week and your racquet.

6/ Please use the school’s phone number whenever possible: 04 42 240 340. However, if you need to contact the IBS Camp team outside of school hours, you can contact a member of the team (phone number provided by email) :
